Directions for preparation
Place corn flour in a bowl, add some cold water, pinch of salt and start stirring and mashing, until you get thickened, but not too watery mass. (This will take 2-3 minutes), Take a piece of the mass and make a small ball on the palm of your hand, place it on a medium-low heated pan or in an oven and flatten the ball a little, to shape it like a slice of bread. Fry both sides of your Mchadi for 10-15 minutes, until it gets golden-brown color and enjoy your healthy bread with cheese, salads, beans and marinades. You can prepare Mchadi with or without oil on your pan, depending on your taste and you can use milk instead of water.
